Chaos at night

What a wild stay! The place was kinda messy and had terrible noise issues. I felt like I was living in a frat house with kids partying next door all night. Luckily, the front desk ladies were really nice and tried to help. Also, the in-room breakfast was decent. Just wish it was more organized! Ugh.

the carpet in the room was dirty. but the hot tub was awesome! we liked the location being close to everything. and enjoyed the friendly bartending at the hotel bar.

Our family enjoyed the pool and nearby attractions like Pompano Beach Municipal Golf Course, which was perfect for a day of fun with our two little kids. The staff made us feel welcome, and the room was spacious with a fresh feel throughout our stay.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options could be better for families. More kid-friendly choices would go a long way in making mornings easier while staying with little ones.

Welcoming staff but cooling issues

I recently stayed for 3 nights in a King Room. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, especially at check-in, where they offered a complimentary breakfast as part of my loyalty membership, featuring made-to-order omelettes and fresh fruits. However, the air conditioning in my room struggled to keep up, leaving the room uncomfortably warm despite the staff's efforts to assist. Overall, the friendly service made my stay pleasant, but the cooling issue needs improvement.
